The goal of this event is to share information with community leaders and to put into practice preventative measures that will make the city a safer place to live. Ultimately, the organization wants to stop crime before it starts, through programs that tackle different causes of crime. All proceeds benefit Safe City Mississauga’s current year programming.

Pop-A-Lock, Canada’s trusted locksmith, showed its support through attendance and with its EDU and key return tag programs promotional items. When a child or pet is locked in a car, Pop-A-Lock will respond free-of-charge and open the door, a community service provided wherever a Pop-A-Lock franchise is found. Pop-A-Lock Canada is helping keep children and pets safe, and this mission goes hand-in-hand with the Safe City Mississauga goal to prevent a tragedy before it happens.
